We offer food and agricultural products including spices, coffee, masalas, rice, rice flour and other traditional food products.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, pack sizes and availability displayed on the website are accurate. Product colour, texture and appearance may vary slightly due to natural agricultural characteristics, photography and screen settings.
3. Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or refuse/cancel an order where necessary due to stock availability, pricing errors, technical issues, suspected fraudulent activity or other legitimate reasons.
Where an order is cancelled by us after payment, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Pricing
Product prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to update prices, offers and promotions without prior notice. Such changes will not affect an order already accepted and confirmed at the displayed price, except where a clear technical or pricing error has occurred.
5. Orders
An order placed by you is an offer to purchase the selected products.
After successful payment, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp or other available communication channel.
Order acceptance remains subject to product availability and our verification processes.

Payments on our website may be processed through Razorpay and its supported payment methods, including cards, UPI, net banking and other methods made available at checkout.
We do not ask customers to provide payment credentials such as UPI PIN, CVV or banking passwords directly to us.

7. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and dispatched according to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Estimated delivery dates are indicative and may vary due to location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, unforeseen events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and reachable contact number.
8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

9. Food Products and Returns
Because our products are food and consumable products, opened, used or tampered food products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, except where required by applicable law or where the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or missing.
